Erica received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in Biological Science with an emphasis in pre-medical studies. Erica is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Association of Professional Coders. As one of the original members of the Life Skills team, Erica has grown as part of the Leadership Team, and is passionate about Mind Health Group's mission and ensuring its growth and development.

In her home life, Erica enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
